No, it does not even do that. it does not let FOIA donors logon too.
First, the whole concept of donor based organisation is so stupid.

This person had been posting on Murthy forum and he did get responses from Attorneys that "mandamus" is the way to go.

My I-140 was filed in EB2 on the 18th of August and I was heart broken this morning when I came across this memo on IV this morning....I do not have a US Masters and was banking on my Bachelors + 5 years to qualify....My attorney sent me the following reply
"This memo deals with the EB-1 category and the memo does not talk about the EB-2 category. Your I-140 was filed for an EB-2 position and you should not worry about this memo."
Not sure about her comments, what do u guys think?
I was also doing some research online and found that EB-2 "Exceptional Ability" is different from EB-2 with "Advanced Degree Professionals" on . Looks like the 10+ years has always been the criteria for "exceptional ability" and most of us who are looking to substitute our work experience for Advanced degree do not fall into this category.
Please let me know what you guys think?

This will infact increase offshoring.
These companies will pay the extra fees, but will change their onshore/offshore model. Will use less H1/L1 visas , but will increase the headcount of offshore operations.
So the smart senator will force more jobs to be outsourced. These jobs will never comeback once gone. If we look back at the 2000 recession, it caused a major shift in the way US companies looked at outsourcing. Pre-2000 many companies didn't believe that all jobs could be outsourced. 2000 recession forced them to think otherwise.
These kind of bills will cause a re-thinking in corporate america's thought process. They will think of creative ways to outsource. Against this senator's hopes, it will reduce jobs here.

I am not supporting this bill in anyway, I hate infy as much as I hate this bill. Remember these companies did not leave any stone unturned, milked the client every possible way and expoilted the employees to the maximum extent. In one another post - VLDRao was saying these companies does the tax filing on behalf the emoloyee, get the refund and again claim that tax in india using double taxation aoivdance treaty.

Yes, if an overwhelming number of applicants from a (more) retrogressed category port to a non (or less) retrogressed category, it 'hurts' some people.
I am EB2-I 2006 by the way, and this will hurt me as well. But I can't bash someone for utilizing to their advantage an option that is provided by the system.

It is tricky. The intent can be proved only by how long the employee has worked for sponsor. If he/she worked considerable period (lets say for 2-3 years in non-immigrant visa (H.L,E) before filing 485 and worked for about 1 year after filing 485) then, it is very easy for the employee to prove his/her intent to have a permanent employment relationship with sponser, if employer try to revoke 140 based on the fact that employee does not have intent. The longivity of the employment relationship with sponser is a great proof. Some people are abusing (by misguidence of few lawyers, as they claim GC is for future job) AC21, without even working for single day with sponser, trying to get GC. USCIS may be controlling that kind of abuse.

The delay for approval of 485 in year 2000 is caused by USCIS poor customer service. It took atleast 2 years for 485 approval, though the visa numbers were continously available for the entire 2 years. Therefore, the AC21 is an incentive for USCIS delay.
Now, if the visa numbers are continously available (for example EB1, EB2-ROW) USCIS is approving 485 within 6 months, except july 07 fiasco surge. So now AC21 users are only those who suffers in retrogression, not by USCIS administartive delay. That may be the another reason why USCIS becoming hard on AC21.

I am in for this. This is not so expensive than paying the lobbyist. The objective is to catch media's attention and have our sentiments be publicized in major newspapers and tv news.
This is a novel idea and more cost effective than paying major newspaper to publish our sentiments. They will come to IV for interviews just like in the past during the flower campaign.

Even though one wants to push too fast, I think there are certain duration one has to wait in each step before goes to the next step (this is just based on my knowledge and I may be wrong). It takes around 6 months minimum I think. Good luck for your process.

Both me and My wife were really impressed by the excellent work IV has done and achieved. I have made a contribution (albeit small) in the past, and will very much like to sign up for recurring contributions. We pledge to contribute $50 monthly as soon as my Wife gets her EAD. We were intending to signup for $20/month right away, to upgrade to $50/month on getting her EAD but I do not see that option anymore.
Anyways, my pledge still stands effective on the day we receive my wife's EAD.

Or have hit midlife crisis? Now suddenly after reading all this I feel like giving up too... take whatever I have saved, put in the bank in our homeland and live on interest if I get 8% interest I will be happy, do charity work if possible start a business or just retire...no work... 4. There is penalty of 2% for your entire loan amount if you would like to repay. If your loan is 50laks, which is mostly based upon recent home loans and 2% of that goes to penality for early payment.
5. They charge for many account services
6. Bottom lineI never take another loan with ICICI
