I am on H1 and working at client place, my parents visited few months back. Some of my friends(who are at client place) in-laws/parents also visited. As long as you produce documents specified, there wont be any prblm with visitor visa.

I dont think I would trust your friend's cousin on that based on what I have read on here and other places. PD of aug-05 and EB3-I, I have my doubts, but if it is true, I am happy for him.

I think if you are out of the country for 1 year u can get 3 yr extension. But you would get counted in the quota though,fresh H1, I think.

I came to US on L1(worked for 1 year) and then switched to F1 till getting my H1B on May 2005 (which is 2 years old). How many years(3 or 4) do I have left on H1? I mean will the 1 year L1 count towards the total six years allocated for H1B?

AFAIK L1 counts towards that 6. So if you have done 1 on L1, 2 on H1, then you have 3 more years left on H1

Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.
Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).

Hi I am currently working as a contractor at a client from company C1
C1 applied for my H1B last year and application is still pending + also added Premium Proc. last week, Application Still Pending
At the same time company C2 applied my H1B last year and H1B approved but did not get the documents from USCIS, and applied for "Response on Approved Petition", That is still pennding(But Yes The petition is approved)
But Fortunately or Unfortunately , I got a permananent job with a new company.
I can start working with that company on OPT, and he will apply a new H1B this year.
But , Instead of that Can I get one of my H1Bs transferred?
Or is there a better way to handle this situation?
I know its a mess... Can some one suggest me how to clear this mess?

On March 17, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Eventhough I did not get notice yet by mail I am little confused and concerended with their message, I have couple of questions
1) Does this really means my AOS application is approved? Is there anything else I should do?
2) what is ADIT processing that they are referening to?
Any thoughts or experiences from the gurus here is really appreciated.

Hello All,
I am currently working for Employer A for the past 6 years and my current H1 is Expiring in May End 2010. MY employer says he will file the H1 in may starting. In the meantime I got an offer from a future employer B who applied for my H1 transfer in premium processing. We got an RFE and the new employer is working on that .
My question is that lets say After responding to RFE by my future employer B , god forbid say the H1 transfer is denied. Would this denial have any impact on the H1 Extension that my current employer A plans to file in couple of weeks using I-140 approved petition. Please advice ?
